Company Profile

Central Mechanical Systems Ltd. was incorporated in 1984 and operated from offices in Alberta.   In 1988 the property at 190 Curry Drive in Yellowknife was purchased and Bill Aho moved to Yellowknife and launch the NWT operation. Lorne Ganske remained in Alberta to continue with the Alberta operation.  In 1991 Central Mechanical Systems Ltd. was continued under the laws of the Northwest Territories. Central Mechanical Systems Ltd. is registered under the Business Incentive Policy of The Northwest Territories.
